What can I expect during my massage?

Time is reserved at the beginning and end of each session to discuss your needs and answer your questions. To assist your quiet relaxation, Dayna Blossom encourages a minimum of conversation during your massage. However, the choice is always yours.

Each session begins…

with a “get acquainted” exchange about your aches, pains, and physical and mental stresses, as well as your medical history and previous massage experience.

Each session ends…

with a “wind down” chat where she’ll answer your questions and offer her insights on how you can work with posture, where you’re carrying tension, and what may help to alleviate the unease.

In between...

soreness and stiffness melt away on Blossom's extra-wide, well-cushioned table, with your choice of scented or unscented hypoallergenic creams, expert hands, and toasty towels rotated through your massage, to the soothing sound of ocean waves.
